Jeffrey Peldon, Broker, DRE # 01208047, was the Designated Managing Broker of eXp Commercial of California, Inc. He was the Director of Commercial Operations at RE/MAX LUXE and RE/MAX ONE in Woodland Hills, Managing Director, COO of RE/MAX Commercial Associates in Agoura Hills, California, and was a Senior Vice President and Manager of the RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage offices of RE/MAX All Cities in southern California and part of the team that established the corporate commercial model at RE/MAX. He is a RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement, Hall of Fame and Diamond Club award recipient. Jeffrey has closed or transacted over 1000 deals.
In addition, he was Manager of the Simi Valley office of Century 21 Everest and the Commercial Division Manager. Previously Jeffrey was the Operating Principal/Owner of Keller Williams Realty Westside located in Westwood, the Keller Williams Realty Marina/Los Angeles
in Marina Del Rey and an active member of the KW Commercial Council. Jeffrey and his prior associate were the first team at Marcus and Millichap to break the One Million Dollar GCI barrier.
He has an MBA in finance and organizational dynamics, a Juris Doctor and a Real Estate Broker license in California.
He is retired from legal practice in New York and New Jersey.

Wendy Peldon graduated cum laude with a BA in Speech and Theater Arts from Brooklyn College. She earned her MA in Speech Arts and Educational Theater from Adelphi University. In addition, Wendy holds a Life Coaching certification. Wendy’s academic and entertainment industry careers began in New York where she taught speech and theater classes, and cast, produced, and directed major theatrical productions. She was a much sought-after communications instructor at St. John’s University. Following her move to Los Angeles, she continued to manage, produce, and coach talent, as well as having a ten-year run as an Associate Professor at College of the Canyons. For the past thirty years Wendy has been involved in the entertainment industry as a talent manager, acting and dialogue coach, on set instructor, producer, and script analyst for working actors. Wendy thoroughly enjoys empowering, guiding, and assisting her clients in achieving successful careers. Wendy is committed to providing her clients with experiences to enhance their marketability as well as their personal growth.
